• High Load Capacity: Rated for 3,500 kg of lifting capacity at a 500 mm load centre.

• Versatile Lift Height: Available with mast heights from 3,000 to 6,000 mm, using 2- or 3-stage mast options.

• Battery Flexibility: Can be equipped with either lithium or lead-acid battery systems, depending on customer preference.

• Durability & Safety: Core components like gearbox and drive axle built for low failure rates; hoisting system includes buffer function as standard for controlled lowering of loads.

• Battery Longevity Guarantee: Lithium battery quality is assured for 5 years or 10,000 operating hours; after 4,000 cycles, capacity remains above 75%.

• Modern Controls: Full AC motor control for both driving and lifting ensures better efficiency, smoother operation, and lower maintenance

Target Applications

• Heavy-duty warehouse, logistics, and distribution centre operations requiring 3.5-ton lift capacity.

• Industrial sites handling large pallets, containers, or heavy goods with minimal emissions.

• Operations replacing or upgrading from diesel / LPG forklifts, seeking electric alternatives.

• Rental fleets that want to provide high-capacity electric forklifts for heavier load tasks.

Competitive Advantages

• High Capacity in Electric Class: 3.5-tonne is a strong capacity for electric forklifts, bridging mid-heavy demand.

• Battery Options: Flexibility in battery choice appeals to a broader customer base (cost-sensitive vs performance-oriented).

• Robust & Safe Design: High-quality drive components and standard buffer system enhance safety and longevity.

• Powerful Motors & Control: Full AC controls on drive and lift increase efficiency, control responsiveness, and reduce maintenance.

• Warranty & Confidence: The long battery guarantee and quality assurances increase buyer confidence in investing in heavier electric forklifts.
